Technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, time and pages requested, which the server may log temporarily. The form's spam protection uses your IP address only in an irreversibly transformed form and never stores it with your message.

To answer your question, provide information or prepare a quotation you asked for — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in business communication (Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), Sections 24(3) and 24(5)).
To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse — our legitimate interest (Section 24(5)).

4. Disclosure and international transfer

Data is stored on servers of the cloud provider DigitalOcean in its Singapore data centre, which provides infrastructure services to us only and applies data-security standards.
We do not send your enquiry to any other third-party provider. If this changes, we will update this notice first.
We may disclose data where required by law or by order of a competent authority.

5. Retention

Contact enquiries are deleted automatically 365 days after submission, or sooner if you ask us to delete them. Server technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and are deleted on rotation.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party scripts or fonts are loaded. Strictly necessary cookies are used only by site administrators when they sign in to the admin area.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to authorised administrators, keep an audit log of administrator actions, back up data regularly, and never write message contents to log files.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its use restricted, to object to processing and to data portability, as provided by law.
